Turbosmart IWG75 Universal M6 140mm Rod 10 PSI Black Internal Wastegate Actuator

This is the Turbosmart IWG75 Internal Wastegate Actuator, featuring a 10 PSI spring, a 140mm stainless steel rod with an M6 thread, and a black billet aluminum body. It's designed to replace your factory wastegate actuator and help you get better turbo response and more sensitive control over your boost pressures. The actuator uses a proprietary silicon Nomex diaphragm, which is known for its durability and ability to handle high temperatures.

Compared to stock actuators, this Turbosmart unit has an improved 'Working Ratio' that helps boost build up more quickly across the entire RPM range. The billet aluminum construction makes it well-built and durable, while the unique locking collar system allows for easy adjustment and secure setting of the rod length. Stainless steel rods and clevis ensure corrosion resistance and long-term reliability.

While this actuator comes with a 10 PSI spring, Turbosmart offers optional springs ranging from 3 PSI up to 26 PSI, allowing you to fine-tune your boost levels. Please note that this part is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California.
