The turbine housing is made from lightweight 310s stainless steel and investment cast for durability, with CFD-driven designs to optimize the A/R and flow characteristics. Inside, you'll find aggressive aerodynamics thanks to the 7+7 splitter wheels and a T14 Inconel turbine wheel, which is crucial for handling extreme exhaust gas temperatures. The center housing includes an integrated iron backplate for added strength, and the compressor cover is constructed from lightweight aluminum. This turbocharger utilizes Turbosmart's proprietary dual ceramic bearing system, which is key to its notable transient response, allowing the turbo to spool up quickly and maintain boost effectively.

This unit is designed for external wastegate use, and it comes with a V-band connection for both the inlet and outlet, simplifying installation and ensuring a solid seal. The VSR speed balancing ensures the rotating assembly is precisely balanced for smooth operation and longevity.
