This turbocharger uses modern materials and manufacturing techniques to achieve its performance goals. The turbine housing is made from lightweight 310s stainless steel, investment cast for precise shapes and optimal flow. Its aggressive 7+7 splitter wheel aerodynamics are driven by CFD analysis to ensure the best possible airflow for the 0.96 A/R ratio. For extreme exhaust gas temperatures, the T14 Inconel turbine wheel is used, and the center housing features an integrated iron backplate for durability. The compressor cover is made from lightweight aluminum, and the entire unit utilizes a proprietary dual ceramic bearing system for unparalleled transient response, meaning it spools up quickly and reacts to throttle changes.

The TS-1 7675 features V-band inlet and outlet connections for a secure and easy-to-install setup, and it's designed to work with an external wastegate. It's also VSR speed balanced for smooth operation. Keep in mind this turbocharger is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California.
