This is the Turbosmart IWG75 Internal Wastegate Actuator, designed for Borg Warner EFR B2 single and twin scroll 160mm turbochargers. It comes with a 14 PSI spring pre-installed and features a 160mm stainless steel rod with a black finish. This actuator is built to offer improved turbo response and greater sensitivity in managing boost pressures compared to stock units.

The IWG75 actuator is constructed from high-grade billet aluminum for durability and uses a proprietary silicon Nomex diaphragm, which is known for its resilience under high temperatures. Turbosmart's unique locking collar system makes adjustments straightforward, and the stainless steel rods and clevis ensure solid connections.
