The Turbosmart IWG75 Internal Wastegate Actuator uses a proprietary silicon Nomex diaphragm, a material chosen for its resilience under high temperatures and pressure fluctuations. This diaphragm works with a billet aluminum body to manage boost pressures more effectively than stock actuators. It's designed to give you better turbo response and greater sensitivity, helping to improve boost control throughout the entire RPM range for your factory-frame turbocharger.

This actuator features stainless steel rods and clevis for durability, along with Turbosmart's unique locking collar system. This system makes it easy to adjust and secure the actuator rod length, which is crucial for fine-tuning boost levels. The increased 'working ratio' over factory units means it can react quicker to changes in exhaust gas flow, leading to more consistent and responsive boost delivery.

While this unit comes pre-set with a 14 PSI spring, optional springs are available separately if you need to adjust the boost threshold further, ranging from 3 PSI up to 26 PSI. Keep in mind this part is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California.
