The 160mm stainless steel rod on this Turbosmart IWG75 Internal Wastegate Actuator is a key detail, allowing for precise control over your turbocharger's boost pressure. This actuator is built with a high-grade billet aluminum housing and features Turbosmart's unique locking collar system, making adjustments straightforward and secure. It's designed to give you better turbo response and greater sensitivity compared to stock actuators, helping to manage boost pressures more effectively throughout the RPM range.

Inside, a proprietary silicon Nomex diaphragm is used, which is known for its durability and ability to handle the heat and pressure cycles common in forced induction systems. The increased 'working ratio' over factory equipment means it can react quicker, leading to improved boost response. While this unit comes pre-set with a 14 PSI spring, optional springs are available if you need to fine-tune your boost levels further, from 3 PSI up to 26 PSI.
