Turbosmart Water Cooled 6466 V-Band Inlet/Outlet A/R 0.82 IWG75 Wastegate TS-2 Turbocharger

This Turbosmart TS-2 turbocharger package includes the core turbocharger unit itself. It features a water-cooled design, a 6466 billet compressor wheel, V-band inlet and outlet connections, an A/R ratio of 0.82, and an integrated IWG75 internal wastegate. This setup is built to handle demanding performance applications, offering a smaller, lighter, and faster spooling option compared to older designs.

The TS-2 series leverages modern materials and manufacturing techniques for improved performance. Its turbine housing is made from lightweight 310s stainless steel and investment cast, with housings designed using CFD for optimal airflow and A/R ratios. The compressor cover is constructed from lightweight aluminum, and the unit utilizes aggressive 7+7 splitter wheel aerodynamics. For extreme exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs), it incorporates a T14 Inconel turbine wheel and an integrated iron backplate on the center housing. A proprietary dual ceramic bearing system is at the heart of this turbo, contributing to its notable transient response.

This turbocharger is VSR speed balanced for smooth operation. Please note that this turbocharger is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California. Always refer to the manufacturer's installation instructions for proper setup and any additional components required.
