UMI Performance 65-70 B-Body 64-67 A-Body Viking Performance Front Coil-Over Kit

Starting with Viking's 19-position double adjustable shock, this front coil-over kit from UMI Performance lets you dial in your classic Mopar's suspension like never before. The hybrid coil spring design means you won't need a spring compressor during installation, as the adjuster itself handles ride height changes. This kit is designed to fit a range of popular vehicles, including the 1965-1970 Chevrolet Impala, 1964-1967 Chevrolet Chevelle, and 1965-1967 Buick Gran Sport, offering a significant upgrade over stock suspension.

You get independent control over both compression and rebound damping, giving you 361 possible tuning combinations to tailor the ride for everything from daily cruising to serious track duty like auto-cross or road racing. The shocks are built and dyno-tested in Lakeville, Minnesota, and feature a brilliant protective finish to keep them looking good. You can choose from several spring rate options – 250lb for drag-only, 350lb for lighter small blocks, 450lb for a mix of street and drag, or 550lb for handling-focused small blocks and most big blocks – allowing you to match the spring to your intended use. The kit includes a spanner wrench and a thrust bearing kit, which is highly recommended for making ride height adjustments easier by allowing the spring seat to rotate smoothly on a bearing.

For the lower shock mount, you have a choice between polyurethane for a more comfortable street ride or bearing ends for enhanced reliability and performance in demanding applications like drag racing or road course events. Keep in mind that performance bushings, whether poly or bearing, will feel and sound different than factory rubber mounts. UMI Performance is not responsible for damage to polyurethane bushings when used in high-performance scenarios. This kit is designed to work with UMI's lower A-arms or your factory lower A-arms, and pairs well with UMI's geometry-corrected upper A-arms for a complete suspension overhaul.
