The foundation of this package includes UMI's coilover-only lower A-arms, which feature caster improvement and taller ball joints for better suspension geometry. These arms allow you to remove the spring and shock without disassembling the spindle, a practical detail for trackside adjustments. The upper A-arms use rod ends for smooth operation and easy adjustment without shims. The included 1-5/16” sway bar, paired with UMI’s fabricated end links, significantly reduces body roll and quickens transitions. The kit uses 850 lb/in race-proven springs matched with UMI's rebound-adjustable monotube shocks, which offer 40 clicks of adjustment and are designed for easy access in the engine bay area for quick changes at the track. A UMI bump steer kit is also included for fine-tuning the steering response.

This kit is designed to work with factory spindles and offers exceptional handling with a lowering range of 0-2 inches, providing up to 10 degrees of static caster without moving the spindle pin. All UMI Performance suspension components are fabricated and tested in the USA, with this specific package raced and proven on UMI’s own 1972 LeMans test car. Thrust bearings and an adjusting wrench are included, making ride height adjustments straightforward. This is a well-built system aimed at maximizing the performance of your classic GM chassis.
