UMI Performance 68-72 GM A-Body Rear Control Arm Kit Fully Boxed Lowers Adjustable Uppers

This UMI Performance rear control arm kit gives your 1968-1972 GM A-Body vehicle a solid foundation for improved handling. You get fully boxed lower control arms and adjustable upper control arms, designed to reduce suspension deflection. This means less wheel hop during hard launches and a more responsive feel when you're cornering or driving on the street.

The lower control arms are built from strong 3" x 1-1/2" rectangular tubing and feature CNC machined radius ends that are fully capped to keep debris out, maintaining a clean factory look. They also include greaseable polyurethane bushings with zinc-plated steel sleeves for durability and smooth operation. The upper control arms are built tough with heavy-duty ¼" thick laser-cut mounting pads that work with various rear end housings. They also feature on-car adjustability using heavy-duty CrMo adjusters and Teflon-lined rod ends, which allow for suspension articulation while minimizing friction, especially beneficial for harder launches.

This kit is MIG welded and finished with a durable powder coat. It's designed to install in about 2 hours with basic hand tools. This kit fits a range of classic GM vehicles, including models like the Buick Skylark, Chevrolet Chevelle, and Pontiac GTO from the 1968-1972 model years.
