UMI Performance is known for making well-built suspension components for classic muscle cars. This polyurethane leaf spring shackle kit is designed for your 1970-1981 Chevrolet Camaro or Pontiac Firebird, and it works with UMI's own P/N 2620 rear leaf springs or other leaf springs that mount in the stock location.
This kit replaces the stock rubber bushings with high-performance polyurethane. Polyurethane offers a noticeable improvement over worn-out rubber, giving you better ride quality while also enhancing performance. The kit includes bushings for both the leaf spring side and the chassis side, along with new laser-cut, heavy-duty shackles. Everything you need for installation is included, even Grade 8 hardware, and the shackles feature a tough gloss black powder coat finish.
