UMI Performance 72-81 GM F-Body Bump Steer Adjuster Kit

It's designed to reduce or eliminate the unwanted toe change that can happen as your suspension moves up and down, which makes a big difference in how precise your steering feels, both on the street and at the track.

What this kit does is let you adjust the position of your outer tie rod end. The adjuster sleeves are made from strong 6061-T6 aluminum with a hard anodized finish for durability, and they feature different thread sizes to work with factory inner tie rods and spindles. The studs themselves are made from tough 4140 CrMo steel, and the best part is that it's a direct bolt-on installation – no need to drill your spindles. You also get a set of shims (0.125”, 0.1875”, and 0.250”) so you can fine-tune the alignment to get rid of that bump steer.

This kit is race-tested and built in the USA. Just be sure to double-check your sleeve length, as there were a few different steering systems on these cars. If you're working on a 1970 or 1971 model, you'll need to use the center link and inner tie rods from a 1972-1981 car for this kit to work correctly.
