UMI Performance 78-88 G-Body 82-03 S10/S15 73-77 A-Body Front Coilover Kit

UMI Performance is known for making well-built suspension components that improve handling and performance. This front coilover kit, built with Viking shocks, is designed to give you a wide range of adjustability for your 1978-1988 G-Body, 1982-2003 S10/S15, or 1973-1977 A-Body vehicle. It combines a hybrid coil spring with a 19-position double adjustable shock, allowing you to fine-tune your ride height and damping characteristics. The adjuster on the shock acts as the spring compressor, so you won't need a separate spring compressor tool for installation.

You can select from several spring rate options, including 250lb for drag racing, 350lb for street or lightened drag cars, 450lb for street or big block drag cars, and 550lb for small block handling or most big blocks. The 19-way adjustable compression and rebound damping on the Viking shocks offer 361 possible combinations, letting you tailor the setup for street cruising, autocross, road racing, or drag strip duty. You can choose between polyurethane lower shock mounts for a more comfortable ride or bearing ends for increased reliability and performance in demanding applications. The shocks are built, dyno tested, and serialized in Lakeville, Minnesota, and feature a brilliant protective finish.

This kit includes two front coilover shocks and two front springs with your chosen rate. For easier ride height adjustments, consider the optional spanner wrench and thrust bearing kit. These coilovers work with UMI's lower A-arms or your factory lower A-arms, and are designed to pair well with UMI's geometry-corrected upper A-arms for optimal performance.
