UMI Performance 78-88 G-Body S10 Tubular Front Upper & Lower A-Arms Poly

When you open the box for this UMI Performance A-arm package, you'll find fully assembled tubular front upper and lower A-arms, ready to bolt onto your 1978-1988 G-Body or S10 platform vehicle. This kit also includes a hardware kit with Grade 10.9 bolts, washers, and nylock nuts, along with premium ball joints and greaseable, fluted polyurethane bushings already installed. These A-arms are designed to work with factory spindles and are compatible with factory springs, lowering springs, and most coil-over kits from brands like Viking and QA1, making them a versatile upgrade for a wide range of vehicles including the Buick Regal, Chevrolet Monte Carlo, and GMC Sonoma.

These A-arms are fabricated using USA-made DOM tubing with CNC-machined, notched ends for a precise fit and jig-built accuracy. Critical areas are TIG welded for strong joints and a clean appearance. UMI has also improved the ball joint angle, which is especially beneficial for lowered vehicles, and the design offers additional tire clearance. They are also about 5 lbs lighter than the factory A-arms while offering increased durability. UMI's extensive testing on the street, drag strip, and skid pad ensures these A-arms can handle demanding use.

For an even more focused handling upgrade, UMI recommends combining these lower A-arms with their upper A-arms, part number 3033-2. The included polyurethane bushings are fluted and greaseable, helping to ensure a smooth and quiet ride, and they come preloaded with polyurethane bump stops and steering stops. These A-arms are finished with a durable red or black powder coat and are designed and manufactured in Philipsburg, PA, USA.
