It's built to significantly reduce body roll and the binding often found with factory sway bars by using separate chassis and differential housing mounts.

This sway bar is constructed from a lightweight 1-inch tubular steel and features a CNC machined hex adjuster. This adjuster allows you to fine-tune the bar's stiffness for different driving conditions: the longest hole is for general street use, the middle hole is for auto-cross or road racing, and the shortest hole is specifically for drag strip applications, helping your car launch straight. The chassis mounts are double-shear design, secured by four 3/8-inch fasteners, and require drilling into the crossmember, with a template and instructions included for installation. The differential housing mounts are also CNC machined with grip teeth and reinforcement gussets, and they include UMI's clamping system that works with axle tube diameters of 2.75, 3, and 3.25 inches, clearing many common aftermarket rear ends like Moser, Strange, and Currie.

Included are premium greaseable polyurethane bushings and heavy-duty race-style CrMo spherical rod ends with Teflon races for smooth operation and durability. The bar itself is finished with a durable powder coat. While the chassis mounts require drilling, the differential mounts are designed for a bolt-in installation, though welding is an option for added security.
