UMI Performance 78-88 GM G-Body 82-03 S10/S15 Front Kit Use w/ Coilover A-Arms

UMI Performance is known for making well-built suspension components for classic American cars. This front coilover kit, part number 3058-650, is designed to work with their 3057 lower A-arms and brings a significant upgrade to the suspension of a wide range of GM vehicles, including popular models like the 1978-1988 GM G-Body and the 1982-2003 S10/S15 trucks and SUVs.

This kit pairs Viking Crusader AT shocks with a 650 lb/in spring rate, a combination that offers a noticeable improvement in handling for both street driving and more spirited track use. The Viking shocks are double adjustable, meaning you can fine-tune both the rebound and compression damping. This adjustability allows you to reduce body roll and pitch, keeping the car flatter during cornering and transitions, and lets you dial in the ride from comfortable cruising to firm race settings. The kit bolts directly into the stock upper mount location, though you will need to trim the spring location fingers slightly. It's designed as a direct bolt-in with no welding required, making installation more straightforward.

Included in the kit are two Viking Crusader shocks featuring AT pro-touring valving, two springs, and a thrust bearing kit to make height adjustments easier. This setup is intended to be used specifically with the UMI Performance P/N 3057-1 lower A-arm for optimal performance and fitment.
