UMI Performance 78-88 GM G-Body Rear Coilover Bracket Kit Bolt-In Brackets Only

This kit from UMI Performance gives you the bolt-in brackets needed to mount coilovers to the rear of your 1978-1988 GM G-Body. You'll receive the lower coilover brackets, upper reinforcement tabs, and all the necessary hardware to get them installed. These brackets are designed to bolt directly into the factory trailing arm mounting holes, plus an additional hole typically used by the stock rear shock, meaning no cutting is required. This setup is race-proven and manufactured in the USA from US materials.

The brackets are made from 3/16-inch thick mild steel and feature a black powder-coated finish for durability. A notable feature is the multi-position design on the lower brackets, which allows for about ±¾ inches of adjustment in shock location and ride height. This means you can fine-tune your stance after installation. The kit also includes upper reinforcement tabs to help distribute the load from the coilover assembly. Since these are designed for factory rear end housings, they offer a precise fit for vehicles like the Chevrolet Monte Carlo, Buick Regal, and Pontiac Grand Prix, among others in the G-Body family.
