UMI Performance 82-02 F-Body Double Adjustable Lower Control Arm Panhard Bar Kit

The UMI Performance Roto-Joint technology is a key feature of this double adjustable lower control arm and panhard bar kit. These Roto-Joints allow for 28 degrees of rotation, giving your suspension unrestricted movement. This design helps prevent suspension bind, which is crucial for improving traction and reducing wheel hop, especially after lowering your vehicle or installing larger rear ends. The spherical ball within the Roto-Joint is made from 4140 chromoly with a hard chrome plating for excellent wear resistance, and it rotates within a CNC-machined Delrin race. Delrin is chosen for its high tensile strength and resistance to wear, ensuring the joint maintains its properties over time.

The housing of the Roto-Joint features 4140 chromoly threads and is TIG welded for strength. This kit is designed for easy on-car adjustments; you can shorten or lengthen the control arms and panhard bar simply by loosening jam nuts, allowing you to center your rear end or adjust tire clearance without removing the components. The kit is constructed from DOM mild steel tubing and features a durable powder coat finish. All components are TIG welded for maximum strength and durability, and the Roto-Joints are greaseable for low maintenance, making them suitable for both street and track use.
