UMI Performance 82-02 F-Body Double Adjustable Panhard Bar

This UMI Performance double adjustable panhard bar is built to replace the stock stamped bar on your 1982-2002 F-body Chevrolet Camaro or Pontiac Firebird. The factory panhard bar can be a weak point, especially when lowering the vehicle or fitting larger tires. This upgraded tubular bar adds significant strength and allows you to precisely center your rear end, which is crucial for proper handling and tire clearance.

Constructed from strong 1.250" x 0.095" 4130 DOM tubing, this panhard bar is fully TIG welded for maximum durability. It features QA1 rod ends with a Teflon/Kevlar lining, which eliminate rear end bind and contribute to improved stability and reduced body flex. The double adjustable design uses left and right-hand threads, meaning you can make adjustments right on the car by simply loosening the jam nuts, without needing to remove the bar. This makes it easy to fine-tune your rear end alignment after lowering or when changing tire sizes.

Installation is straightforward, typically taking about an hour as it's a bolt-on part that uses your original hardware and requires no drilling or welding. The bar is finished with a durable powder coat for a great look and added protection.
