UMI Performance 82-02 GM F-Body Double Adjustable Panhard- w/ Roto-Joints

The UMI Performance double adjustable panhard bar uses a 1.250" x 0.095" DOM mild steel tubing construction, offering a significant strength increase over the stock stamped steel bar. This part is essential for precisely centering your rear end, especially after lowering your vehicle, and it also helps create clearance for larger tires. The key feature here is UMI's Roto-Joint technology, which allows for 28 degrees of total rotation. This articulation prevents suspension bind, leading to improved traction and a noticeable reduction in wheel hop.

Each Roto-Joint is built with a 4140 chromoly spherical ball that rotates within a durable delrin race. This combination is designed for excellent wear resistance, even under hard driving. The housing is also made from 4140 chromoly with threads and a CNC machined bushing holder, all TIG welded together for maximum strength. Because the Roto-Joint is adjustable and rebuildable, you can tighten the adjuster ring as the delrin race wears, or replace the race entirely if needed. The double adjustable design uses left and right-hand threads, allowing for easy on-car adjustments without needing to remove the panhard bar.

This panhard bar is fully TIG welded and finished with a durable powder coat. It includes greaseable polyurethane bushings and uses your vehicle's OEM hardware for installation, which typically takes about 20 minutes. The Roto-Joints are designed to work like a spherical rod end but offer a more streetable feel, articulating freely to prevent binding and enhance handling.
