If you're looking to upgrade the rear suspension on your 1982-2002 Chevrolet Camaro or Pontiac Firebird, their P/N 2045 bolt-in rear coilover bracket kit is a solid option. This kit lets you swap out your factory stud-type shocks for true double rod end performance shocks, and it works with both standard and most aftermarket lowering springs.

The lower bracket is TIG welded for strength and mounts the shock in double shear, meaning it's supported on both sides for better stability. It's designed to work with your stock axle mounts or common relocation brackets, and they even include spacers. You'll need to drill two 3/8” holes, but no welding is required. The upper mount is also double shear and features a straight pull design, which helps optimize performance. These brackets are made to fit 14” to 16” long dampers with a 1.25” width and a 1/2” bushing diameter. They come powder coated black and include all the necessary hardware.
