These UMI Performance subframe connectors use 2" x 1.25" x 0.120" mild steel rectangular tubing, a strong choice for stiffening your 1982-1992 GM F-Body chassis. When you're pushing your Camaro hard, whether on the track or just enjoying spirited driving, chassis flex can really hurt performance and lead to annoying rattles. Subframe connectors are a key upgrade because they essentially tie the front and rear subframes together, creating a much more solid and rigid platform for your car.
