UMI Performance 82-92 GM F-Body Front Sway Bar Relocation Brackets

If you're working on the front suspension of your 1982-1992 Chevrolet Camaro or Pontiac Firebird, and you're looking to upgrade your sway bar setup, these relocation brackets from UMI Performance are a solid option. They replace the factory's offset sway bar clamshell with a more common straight-style mount, which opens up more possibilities for your suspension components.

These brackets are made from ⅜” thick steel with laser-cut precision and finished in a durable black powder coat. By moving the sway bar mounting points slightly forward, they create improved clearance around your steering system and struts. This extra space is particularly helpful if you plan on installing adjustable struts or other aftermarket suspension parts. The kit also includes spacers that help with the installation of most front wonder bars, including UMI's own P/N 2030, though a wonder bar is not required for the brackets to function. They are designed to work with factory or aftermarket sway bars, including UMI's own 2117 sway bar.
