Starting with a 0.250” thick mild steel mounting point, these UMI Performance upper control arms are built tough for your 1991-1996 Chevrolet Caprice. They're designed to extend the rear wheel position by 5/8 inch, which is crucial for centering the rear end properly, especially if you're running wider wheels or tires. Beyond that initial extension, you get an additional 1/2 inch of on-car adjustability, letting you fine-tune the rear end's position and even adjust the pinion angle without removing the arms.

These arms are constructed from strong DOM tubing and feature a 4140 Chrome Moly solid adjuster that's heat-treated for durability. They come equipped with high-quality, Teflon-lined spherical rod ends that prevent metal-on-metal contact, keeping things quiet and smooth. You'll also find greaseable polyurethane bushings from Energy Suspension, which are known for their longevity.
