UMI Performance 93-02 GM F-Body A-Arm Kit Double Shear Mount Boxed Lower + Adj Upper

If you're looking to seriously improve the handling and cornering ability of your 1993-2002 Chevrolet Camaro, this A-arm kit from UMI Performance is a solid foundation. This kit replaces your factory control arms with a heavy-duty, boxed lower arm design and adjustable upper arms, built to handle the demands of autocross, road racing, or spirited driving. The goal here is to give your car a much more stable and predictable front end, especially when you're pushing it hard.

The lower control arms are constructed from 0.120-inch wall mild steel, fully boxed, and gusseted for maximum stiffness, which helps reduce flex under load. They even offer a slight weight savings over the stock arms. UMI has incorporated double shear mounting for both the sway bar and the shock. This means the sway bar mounts are stronger, and the shock mounts are designed to accept most 1/2-inch bolt race shocks, including popular brands like Viking, Penske, and JRi. The upper control arms bring adjustability to the table, featuring premium rod ends for reduced suspension friction and allowing for precise caster and camber adjustments. This is especially beneficial for lowered vehicles, as the laser-cut ball joint pads are designed to improve ball joint angle and can add up to 2 degrees of caster.

This kit is designed to work with your factory K-member, UMI's own K-members, and most aftermarket K-members that use stock mounting points. It comes with everything you need to get them installed, including a hardware kit with Grade 10.9 bolts, washers, and Ny-lock nuts.
