Starting with the 1-1/4” diameter DOM tubing, these tubular front lower A-arms from UMI Performance are built to give your 4th Gen F-Body a solid foundation. They're designed to offer a more precise steering feel and smoother suspension travel compared to the stock arms, while also shedding about 8 pounds off the front end. The arms are precision bent, CNC notched, and TIG welded to a double-strength ball joint cup, ensuring a strong connection point. A premium ball joint comes pre-installed, and the CNC machined cup is also attached right here in the USA.

For the pivot points, UMI uses a combination that balances street manners with performance. On one side, you'll find durable 4130 CrMo tube adapters that thread into the arm, providing a solid attachment for a high-misalignment rod end. On the other side, a greaseable Delrin bushing is used, which offers a bind-free movement for a more direct steering response. This blend of Delrin and rod end makes these A-arms suitable for street use while still offering a performance edge. The shock mount is a tough 1/4” thick steel plate, ready to accept your existing shock hardware or an optional UMI hardware kit.

These A-arms are a true bolt-on product, designed to work with your factory K-member and spindles, or with most aftermarket K-members.
