UMI Performance Aftermarket Rear End Sway Bar Installation Kit- Stock Rear

If you've swapped in an aftermarket rear end on your 1982-2002 Camaro or Firebird and it doesn't have factory sway bar mounts, this kit from UMI Performance is what you need. It's designed to let you bolt on a factory or aftermarket sway bar to axles with 3.25-inch diameter tubes, like early Moser 9-inch rears, without any welding.

The sway bar mounts are CNC machined with special grip teeth that bite into the axle tube, stopping them from shifting or binding. They also feature welded gussets for extra strength, preventing the brackets from spreading when you tighten them down. This kit includes heavy-duty, zinc-plated chrome moly U-bolts and longer end links to ensure proper geometry and clearance. You'll also get polyurethane sway bar bushings, available in 19mm and 22mm sizes, which are designed with larger slots for a universal fit on these types of installations.

This kit is a straightforward bolt-on solution, meaning you won't need to break out the welder. Just make sure to verify your axle tube diameter before ordering, as other aftermarket rear ends might use different sizes.
