What you get with this part is a fully assembled polyurethane bushing end, ready to replace worn-out spherical rod ends on your panhard bar. It comes complete with Energy Suspension fluted bushings, a grease fitting for easy maintenance, a new jam nut, and a durable powder coat finish. This makes it a straightforward replacement for noisy or worn rod ends on many UMI Performance panhard bars, specifically for 1982-2002 Camaro/Firebirds and 2005-2009 Ford Mustangs, and can also fit many other brands that use a 3/4"-16 threaded right-hand rod end.
The construction here is solid. The threads are fabricated from 4140 Chrome Moly steel, and the assembly uses DOM tubing that's TIG welded for strength and durability. You get 1.750 inches of thread adjustment to fine-tune your setup, and the bushing width is 1.875 inches with a 0.560-inch hole diameter. This design aims to provide a quieter, more stable ride compared to worn-out rod ends.
