This is the Vance & Hines HD Sensor Plug Kit, designed to cover up those unused O2 sensor ports on your exhaust system. If you've upgraded your exhaust and no longer need the factory oxygen sensors, or if you're running a custom setup, these plugs ensure a clean and sealed finish.

Each kit comes with two zinc-plated, hex-head plugs. They are specifically sized at 18mm with a 1.5 thread pitch, making them a direct fit for the common 18mm sensor holes found in many exhaust pipes. The included copper washers help create a solid seal, preventing any exhaust leaks from the unused ports. This is a straightforward way to tidy up your exhaust and ensure everything is properly capped off after removing an O2 sensor.
