Vibrant -16 AN Black Nylon Braided Flex Hose (10 foot roll)

This 10-foot roll of -16 AN black nylon braided flex hose is a good example of that. It's built with a reinforced CPE synthetic rubber inner liner and a durable nylon braided cover, which gives it good abrasion resistance. This hose is suitable for a variety of fluids like oil, water, fuel, and coolant, and it can handle temperatures from -40°F up to 300°F. It's also rated for up to 350 PSI operating pressure.

While this hose is good for many common automotive fluids, including E85 and methanol, keep in mind that fumes can permeate through the nylon cover if fuel sits stagnant for a long time. For extended E85 or methanol use, or for in-tank applications, Vibrant offers a PTFE hose. This nylon braided hose is not recommended for use as a brake line or other high-pressure hydraulic lines.
