This collector is made from 16-gauge T304 stainless steel tubing, which is a solid choice for exhaust components because it resists corrosion well. The inlets are precisely cut and expanded to slip over Vibrant's 1-5/8 inch stainless steel piping, and the whole assembly is TIG welded. The welds are back-purged to ensure a clean, strong joint inside and out, which helps maintain an unobstructed path for your exhaust gases. You can expect it to be ready for welding with minimal prep work right out of the box.
