Vibrant 2in OD Aluminum Weld Bungs w/ Polished Aluminum Threaded Cap (incl. O-Ring)

This is a Vibrant 2-inch outside diameter aluminum weld bung, designed for fabrication projects like adding an oil filler neck to a custom oil tank. It’s made from 6061 billet aluminum, which is a solid choice for its strength and light weight. The improved flange design helps prevent warping when you're welding it into place.

The bung comes with a polished aluminum threaded cap that includes an O-ring for a good seal. Just remember not to weld the bung with the cap installed, as heat can damage the threads and O-ring. This part is backed by a 1-year limited warranty from Vibrant.
