Vibrant Performance is well-known for making solid exhaust components. This 4-1 merge collector is a great example of their work, built for custom exhaust fabrication projects. It's designed to take the exhaust gases from four separate pipes and smoothly combine them into a single outlet, helping to improve exhaust flow and scavenging efficiency. This particular collector has an inlet inner diameter of 2.375 inches, a merge outer diameter of 3.00 inches, and an outlet outer diameter of 3.50 inches, with an overall length of 11.5 inches.

This collector is constructed from 16-gauge 304 stainless steel, which is a strong material that resists corrosion well. Every seam is TIG welded with back purging to ensure a solid, leak-free joint. The inside of the collector is hand-ported to reduce turbulence and keep exhaust gases flowing smoothly. It comes ready to weld, meaning it requires minimal preparation before you integrate it into your custom exhaust system.
