This kit from Vibrant Performance gives you the parts to control oil flow to your turbocharger, specifically for Garrett ball bearing models. You get a -4AN to 7/16-24 adapter fitting, along with two threaded brass jets. These jets have openings of 0.030 inches and 0.045 inches, which you can thread into the fitting to precisely limit how much oil reaches your turbo. Without any jet installed, the fitting's opening is 0.060 inches.
