This is a 5-foot roll of Vibrant Performance -8 AN two-tone black and blue nylon braided flex hose. It's built with a reinforced CPE synthetic rubber inner liner and a durable nylon braided cover that offers good abrasion resistance. This hose is a solid choice for a variety of applications, including oil, water, fuel, coolant, and vacuum lines. It can handle operating temperatures from -40 degrees F to 300 degrees F and is rated for up to 500 PSI working pressure.
While it's suitable for E85 and methanol, keep in mind that fumes can permeate the hose over time if fuel sits stagnant. For extended use with those fuels or for in-tank applications, Vibrant recommends their PTFE flex hose. This hose is not designed for use as a brake line or other high-pressure hydraulic systems.
