If you're building a custom exhaust for your Honda Civic, CRX, del Sol, or Wagovan with a D-Series engine, you'll need a solid flange to start your fabrication. This mild steel exhaust manifold flange from Vibrant is precision laser cut to give you a clean surface to work with.
This flange is cut from 1/2-inch thick HRPO mild steel, which is a strong material for building exhaust components. The exhaust port size is optimized for standard wall round tubing or Schedule 10 weld fittings, making it easier to get a good fit when you're welding. Vibrant recommends using 309L welding rod if you're joining it to 304 stainless steel pipe.
