This intercooler is a significant upgrade over the factory unit, featuring a larger core and improved airflow dynamics. The EVO2 Competition Intercooler boasts a high-performance core with a generous surface area and depth, measuring 610mm x 145mm x 100mm. This larger size allows for much more efficient heat dissipation compared to the stock intercooler. The end tanks are made from cast aluminum, ensuring a solid connection and durability. Wagner Tuning uses a special flow-optimized design for the end tanks to minimize pressure drop, meaning the turbo doesn't have to work as hard to push air through.
