Wagner Tuning Kia Stinger GT (US Model) 3.3T Competition Intercooler Kit (IC Only)

This Wagner Tuning intercooler kit for the Kia Stinger GT 3.3T uses a bar-and-plate core measuring 600mm x 230mm x 100mm. This larger core is designed to handle the heat generated by tuned 3.3L twin-turbo engines, helping to keep intake air temperatures down. Cooler intake air means denser air, which your engine can use to make more power, especially when you're pushing the car hard.

The kit includes the intercooler unit itself, along with all the necessary mounting hardware and silicone hoses for installation. Wagner Tuning uses cast aluminum end tanks that are TIG-welded to the bar-and-plate core for a solid connection. This construction method helps ensure the intercooler can withstand the boost pressures commonly seen in modified Stinger GTs. The kit is designed as a direct replacement for the factory intercooler, meaning no cutting or permanent modifications are needed to install it, though some disassembly of the front bumper and associated components will be required.

Because this is the intercooler-only kit, you'll be using the factory charge pipes. If you're looking to upgrade those as well, Wagner Tuning offers separate kits that include those components. This kit is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California. Always refer to the manufacturer's installation instructions for the most accurate procedure and any specific tool requirements.
