Wehrli 01-04 Chevrolet 6.6L LB7 Duramax High Flow Intake Bundle Kit - Bengal Gray

Wehrli Custom Fab's Stage 3 High Flow Intake Bundle replaces the restrictive factory intake tract on the 2001-2004 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD, Silverado 3500, GMC Sierra 2500 HD, and Sierra 3500 equipped with the 6.6L LB7 Duramax. This Bengal Gray powder coat version combines the Stage 1 intake, Stage 2 intercooler piping kit, and a 3-inch downpipe into a single comprehensive package.

The fabricated aluminum intake features 4-inch piping with smooth aerodynamic bends that replace the restrictive plastic factory parts. A 10-gauge aluminum airbox draws cold air through the inner fender, and the included dry air filter with hydrophobic Outerwears pre-filter cover protects your MAF sensor and turbo from contaminants. The removable airbox lid makes filter inspection simple. The 4-inch high flow turbo intake horn is included and removes OEM restrictions to improve turbo spool and top-end power, and it works with OEM and IHI-style drop-in turbochargers.

Wehrli's Stage 2 components replace the factory Y-bridge and both intercooler pipes with 3-inch mandrel-bent aluminum piping feeding a TIG-welded, CNC-machined billet Y-bridge base. This creates a full 3-inch intake tract between your turbo and engine, improving throttle response and helping reduce EGTs. The 3-inch downpipe eliminates the crushed spots and curves of the factory pipe, helping improve exhaust flow and reduce under-hood temperatures. It comes finished in black ceramic coat with heat wrap.

The kit includes silicone boots rated for higher pressures and temperatures than the factory parts, stainless steel T-bolt clamps, an FPRV block-off kit, and all hardware and gaskets needed for installation. Note: this kit is not recommended for S300 or S400 style turbochargers. This intake is not CARB-approved.
