Wehrli 01-04 Chevrolet 6.6L LB7 Duramax High Flow Intake Bundle Kit - Brizzle Blue

From the turbo inlet to the exhaust downpipe, Wehrli Custom Fab's Stage 3 High Flow Intake Bundle replaces the restrictive factory airflow path on the 2001-2004 LB7 Duramax in Silverado 2500 HD, Silverado 3500, Sierra 2500 HD, and Sierra 3500 trucks. This Brizzle Blue powder coat finish version packages every component you need to open up the intake and exhaust tract in one box.

The fabricated aluminum intake uses 4-inch piping with smooth bends to replace the plastic factory setup. Its 10-gauge aluminum airbox pulls cold air through the inner fender, and a dry filter with hydrophobic Outerwears pre-filter cover protects your MAF sensor and turbo. The 4-inch high flow turbo intake horn removes the stock restrictions and works with OEM and IHI-style drop-in turbochargers. On the intercooler side, 3-inch mandrel-bent aluminum pipes replace both the hot side and cold side factory piping, feeding into a TIG-welded, CNC-machined billet Y-bridge that creates an uninterrupted 3-inch tract from turbo to engine.

The included 3-inch downpipe takes a straight path compared to the factory unit's restrictive bends, helping reduce back pressure and under-hood temperatures. It ships with black ceramic coat and heat wrap. The kit also includes silicone boots that handle higher pressures and temperatures than the failure-prone factory parts, stainless steel T-bolt clamps, an FPRV block-off kit for Y-bridge clearance, and all necessary hardware and gaskets.

Every aluminum component comes finished in Wehrli's Brizzle Blue powder coat for a custom appearance. Not recommended for S300 or S400 turbochargers. Not CARB-approved.
