Wehrli Custom Fab's Bronze Chrome powder coat finish gives this Stage 3 High Flow Intake Bundle a distinctive look under the hood of your 2001-2004 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD, Silverado 3500, GMC Sierra 2500 HD, or Sierra 3500 with the LB7 Duramax. Functionally, this is the same comprehensive kit that replaces the restrictive factory intake tract from turbo to downpipe.

The system starts with a 4-inch fabricated aluminum intake featuring smooth aerodynamic bends and a 10-gauge aluminum airbox. Cold air routes through the inner fender to help keep temperatures down, and a dry filter with hydrophobic Outerwears pre-filter cover handles filtration while protecting your MAF sensor and turbo. The 4-inch high flow turbo intake horn opens up the restricted factory inlet for improved turbo spool and top-end power, compatible with both OEM and IHI-style turbochargers.

The Stage 2 intercooler piping swaps out the OEM LB7 Y-bridge and both intercooler pipes for 3-inch mandrel-bent aluminum. Wehrli's TIG-welded, CNC-machined billet Y-bridge base creates an unbroken 3-inch tract from turbo to engine, which helps with throttle response and can reduce exhaust gas temperatures. The 3-inch downpipe provides a direct, straight-shot path that eliminates the factory pipe's crushed spots, finished in black ceramic coat with heat wrap.

Silicone boots rated above factory pressure and temperature specs, stainless steel T-bolt clamps, an FPRV block-off kit, and all mounting hardware round out the kit. Note that the Bronze Chrome finish is part of Wehrli's special finish line. Not recommended for S300 or S400 turbochargers. Not CARB-approved.
