From filter to down pipe, this Wehrli Custom Fab Stage 3 High Flow Intake Bundle Kit replaces the factory intake tract on your 2001-2004 Silverado 2500 HD, Silverado 3500, Sierra 2500 HD, or Sierra 3500 LB7 Duramax with full-diameter aluminum piping. Finished in Illusion Blueberry -- one of Wehrli's color-shifting specialty powder coat finishes -- this kit makes a statement under the hood while opening up airflow where it counts.

On the intake side, a 4" fabricated aluminum pipe and enclosed 10-gauge aluminum air box draw cold air through the inner fender. The dry filter and hydrophobic Outerwears pre-filter cover keep the MAF sensor and turbo airways clean. A removable air box lid gives you quick access for filter checks without pulling the whole assembly apart. The 4" high flow turbo intake horn replaces the restrictive factory mouthpiece and supports both OEM and upgraded IHI-style drop-in turbochargers.

The intercooler side of the kit is where the biggest changes happen. Wehrli replaces the OEM Y-bridge and both intercooler pipes with 3" mandrel-bent aluminum tubing feeding a TIG-welded, CNC-machined billet Y-bridge base. That consistent 3" diameter all the way from turbo to engine helps improve throttle response, turbo spool, and can lower exhaust gas temperatures under load. Upgraded silicone boots handle the higher pressures and heat better than factory rubber, and stainless steel T-bolt clamps keep everything tight.

The included 3" high flow down pipe takes a cleaner path than the factory piece, finished in black ceramic coat with heat wrap. FPRV block-off kit, gaskets, and all mounting hardware come in the box. Compatible with OEM and IHI-style turbos. Not for S300 or S400 setups. Not CARB approved.
