Wehrli 01-04 Chevrolet 6.6L LB7 Duramax High Flow Intake Bundle Kit - Semi-Gloss Black

For the 2001-2004 Silverado 2500 HD, Silverado 3500, Sierra 2500 HD, and Sierra 3500 running the 6.6L LB7 Duramax, Wehrli Custom Fab's Stage 3 High Flow Intake Bundle Kit is their most complete airflow package. This version comes in Semi-Gloss Black powder coat -- a finish that splits the difference between the flat and gloss options for a subtle, clean look under the hood.

Starting up front, a 4" fabricated aluminum air intake pipe and enclosed 10-gauge aluminum air box replace the restrictive plastic factory intake. The box draws cold air through the inner fender and houses a dry filter with a hydrophobic Outerwears pre-filter cover to keep the MAF sensor and turbo clean. A removable lid makes filter access straightforward. The 4" high flow turbo intake horn takes the place of the factory turbo mouthpiece, removing that restriction point and supporting OEM and IHI-style upgraded drop-in turbochargers.

Between the turbo and the engine, Wehrli replaces the OEM Y-bridge and both intercooler pipes with 3" mandrel-bent aluminum tubing connected to a TIG-welded, CNC-machined billet Y-bridge base. That full 3" tract helps the turbo spool faster, improves throttle response, and helps bring exhaust gas temperatures down under load. Silicone boots rated for higher pressures and temperatures replace the factory rubber that cracks and leaks boost, and stainless steel T-bolt clamps secure every joint.

On the exhaust side, the 3" high flow down pipe runs a straight path compared to the crushed and curved factory piece, finished in black ceramic coat with heat wrap. An FPRV block-off kit for Y-bridge clearance, plus all gaskets and installation hardware, are included. Not compatible with S300 or S400 turbochargers. Not CARB approved.
