This Wehrli S300 Turbo Install Kit is designed for 2001-2004 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD and 3500 trucks with the 6.6L LB7 Duramax engine. It's built to help you swap your stock IHI turbo for a larger Borg Warner S300 frame turbocharger, significantly improving your engine's airflow potential. This kit focuses on upgrading the entire intake path, from the air filter to the engine's intake manifold, to support increased horsepower and efficiency.

You'll get a new 4-inch fabricated aluminum intake system with a heavy-duty sheet metal air box and a high-performance dry filter, complete with a pre-filter cover. The intercooler hot and cold side charge pipes are also updated to a high-flow 3-inch diameter using mandrel-bent 14-gauge aluminum tubing for smooth airflow. A key component is the upgraded 3-inch fabricated billet Y-bridge kit, which replaces the restrictive stock upper intake manifold to ensure maximum airflow into the engine. The kit includes high-quality stainless steel braided Parker oil lines, with the feed line routing directly from the engine block's main oil galley. It also features a T4 fabricated steel pedestal with a spacer, ready to accept popular turbo sizes (sold separately). The included high-temperature ceramic-coated turbo downpipe connects directly to your existing exhaust front pipe via a V-band clamp, meaning no cutting or modifications are needed for your exhaust system. For easier installation, a driver-side transmission dipstick tube relocation is also included.

This kit is made in the USA and features a custom powder coat finish in grey. Please note that this kit does not include the turbocharger itself. If you are purchasing a turbo separately, please provide the brand and details so Wehrli can ensure proper fitment. In some cases, you may need to ship your separately purchased turbo to Wehrli for mock-up to build your custom kit, which will affect lead times.
