Yes, this is the Stage 2 bundle which covers the intake side. Wehrli sells a 3" down pipe separately that can be added later. Alternatively, the Stage 3 bundle includes the down pipe from the start.

Built for the 2001-2004 Silverado 2500 HD, Silverado 3500, Sierra 2500 HD, and Sierra 3500 with the 6.6L LB7 Duramax, this Wehrli Custom Fab Stage 2 High Flow Intake Bundle Kit addresses the intake side of the turbo system without touching the exhaust. Finished in Illusion Blueberry -- a color-shifting specialty powder coat that changes appearance depending on the light -- this kit replaces the factory air intake, intercooler piping, and Y-bridge with properly sized aluminum components.

A 4" high flow air intake with a dry filter, hydrophobic Outerwears pre-filter cover, and enclosed air box with a removable lid replaces the restrictive factory plastic. The 14-gauge aluminum construction draws cold air through the inner fender for lower intake temperatures. The included 4" high flow turbo intake horn opens up the stock turbo mouthpiece, removing that restriction for OEM and IHI-style upgraded drop-in turbochargers.

On the intercooler side, Wehrli replaces the factory Y-bridge and both intercooler pipes with 3" mandrel-bent aluminum tubing and their TIG-welded, CNC-machined billet Y-bridge base. The passenger-side (cold) pipe and driver-side (hot) pipe both run at full 3" diameter, creating a less restrictive path between turbo and engine. That helps the turbo spool faster, improves throttle response, and can lower exhaust gas temperatures under load. Silicone boots and stainless steel T-bolt clamps take the place of the factory rubber that tends to crack and leak boost.

The kit includes a MAP sensor seal with hold-down bracket, FPRV block-off kit for Y-bridge clearance, O-ring bridge flange gaskets, and all installation hardware. Not CARB approved.
