Wehrli 01-05 6.6L LB7/LLY Duramax Thermostat Housing & Upper Coolant Pipe Kit - Brizzle Blue

Wehrli Custom Fabrication is known for making well-built parts for Duramax trucks. This thermostat housing and upper coolant pipe kit is designed for your 2001-2005 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD or GMC Sierra 2500 HD with the LB7 or LLY Duramax engine. It replaces the stock upper radiator hose and coolant return pipe, rerouting coolant flow upwards and forward. This change makes it easier to get to the driver's side fuel system components and creates more room for larger aftermarket turbochargers, while also giving your engine bay a cleaner, updated look.

This kit is CNC machined from billet aluminum for a strong, durable housing. It comes with the coolant pipe, silicone boots, and t-bolt clamps needed for installation. The new routing is compatible with factory VGT turbochargers and also works with single and dual CP3 pump setups. If you're installing a race cover style or an SXE turbocharger mounted in the valley, this kit is required. The custom Brizzle Blue powder coating adds a unique touch to your engine bay.

This kit replaces GM part numbers 15792832 and 15198345. It's made in the USA and finished with a custom single-stage powder coat. This is a solid option if you're looking to clean up your engine bay, improve access for maintenance or upgrades, and give your Duramax a custom appearance.
