When your 2006-2007 Duramax LBZ needs to breathe better from front to back, this Wehrli Custom Fab Stage 2 High Flow Bundle Kit tackles the intake, intercooler plumbing, and Y-bridge all in one shot. Built specifically for the Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD, 3500 and GMC Sierra 2500 HD, 3500 with the 6.6L LBZ diesel, this kit replaces the restrictive factory plastic intake components and weak intercooler pipes with heavy-duty 14-gauge aluminum pieces throughout.

On the intake side, a 4-inch aluminum pipe feeds into an enclosed air box with a dry filter and Outerwears pre-filter cover, drawing cold air through the inner fender. The 4.8-inch turbo intake horn -- the largest on the market according to Wehrli -- provides a 20% airflow improvement over the stock horn. All connections use reinforced silicone boots and stainless steel T-bolt clamps for solid, leak-free sealing.

The intercooler pipes are where this kit really separates itself from a basic intake swap. This bolt-together unit incorporates smooth mandrel bends and CNC billet flanges, offering a full 3-inch tract that flows 36% better than stock while retaining the factory grid heater and EGR connections.
