Wehrli Stage 3 High Flow Bundle Kit for 2006-2007 Duramax LBZ - Bengal Red
Same complete Stage 3 airflow package, finished in Bengal Red. This Wehrli bundle addresses every airflow restriction from air filter to exhaust on the 2006-2007 Duramax LBZ, and it bolts on without requiring a tune.
Intake side: A 4 in. aluminum intake pipe with air box enclosure, dry filter, and Outerwears hydrophobic pre-filter cover feeds into a 4.8 in. turbo intake horn that flows 20% more air than the factory part. All piping is 14-gauge aluminum with mandrel bends, built to improve intake air velocity, volume, and turbo sound during acceleration.
Intercooler piping: The 3 in. driver-side (hot) and 3.5 in. passenger-side (cold) pipes replace the restrictive factory 2.5 in. hot-side and the plastic/rubber cold-side. The cold-side pipe flows 47% better than stock. CNC machined flanges with double O-ring seals and silicone hump boots handle higher boost pressures than factory components, eliminating the blown boot and boost leak problems that are common on these trucks.
Y-bridge: The factory two-piece slip-fit Y-bridge is replaced with Wehrli's bolt-together 3 in. design that flows 36% better than stock. CNC machined billet flanges and a full 3 in. tract from intercooler to engine with factory grid heater and EGR connections retained.
Down pipe: A 3 in. stainless steel turbo down pipe with heat wrap replaces the restrictive factory section after the turbocharger, completing the airflow path from intake to exhaust.
All hardware, silicone boots, stainless T-bolt clamps, O-rings, and installation parts are included. Made in the USA.
