Wehrli Stage 2 High Flow Bundle Kit for 2006-2007 Duramax LBZ - Bengal Blue

Wehrli's Stage 2 bundle tackles the three biggest airflow bottlenecks between the turbo and the engine on the LBZ Duramax: the intake system, the intercooler piping, and the Y-bridge. Finished in Bengal Blue powder coat, this kit replaces factory plastic and rubber components with 14-gauge aluminum throughout.

Intake system: A 4 in. aluminum pipe draws cold air through the inner fender into an enclosed air box with a dry filter and Outerwears hydrophobic pre-filter cover. The 4.8 in. turbo intake horn is the largest available for this platform, flowing 20% more air than the factory unit. The removable air box lid makes filter inspection quick, and the pre-filter cover keeps contaminants away from the MAF sensor, turbo, and engine.

Intercooler pipes: The factory 2.5 in. hot-side pipe and the plastic/rubber cold-side pipe both get replaced. The Wehrli 3 in. driver-side (hot) pipe and 3.5 in. passenger-side (cold) pipe are 14-gauge aluminum with mandrel bends. The cold side flows 47% better than stock. CNC machined flanges with double O-ring seals and upgraded silicone hump boots handle higher boost pressures than factory parts, fixing the common boost leak and blown boot failures.

Y-bridge: The factory slip-fit two-piece Y-bridge is notorious for blowing apart under boost. Wehrli's bolt-together 3 in. two-piece design flows 36% better than stock and uses CNC machined billet flanges for a secure seal. The 3 in. upper and lower intercooler pipes complete a full 3 in. tract from intercooler to engine, keeping the factory grid heater and EGR connections in place.

Bolts on with no tuning required. All hardware, silicone boots, stainless T-bolt clamps, and O-rings are included. Made in the USA.
