Small-diameter pipes, plastic fittings, and a slip-fit Y-bridge all add up to restricted airflow and boost leaks that rob your turbo of its potential. This Wehrli Stage 2 High Flow Bundle Kit in Candy Red replaces every weak link from the air filter to the intake manifold in one shot.

Starting at the front, a 4 in. aluminum intake pipe feeds into an enclosed air box with a dry filter assembly and Outerwears hydrophobic pre-filter. The 4.8 in. turbo intake horn -- the largest available for the LBZ -- picks up a 20% airflow gain over the stock piece, while smoother aerodynamic bends in the piping improve intake velocity and volume. You will notice a more aggressive turbo and engine sound during acceleration as a result.

Intercooler Pipes and Y-Bridge Built for Boost

The factory 2.5 in. hot-side pipe and plastic cold-side pipe are two of the most common failure points on the LBZ. This kit replaces them with a 3 in. driver-side and 3.5 in. passenger-side intercooler pipe, both fabricated from 14 ga. aluminum with smooth mandrel bends. The cold-side pipe flows 47% better than stock. CNC machined billet flanges with double O-ring seals and an upgraded silicone hump boot handle boost pressures well beyond what the factory rubber can manage.
